PREVIATO GROUP: A story that goes way back… TECKNOMASSETTI S.r.l. was founded in 2014 based on the business idea of Ferruccio Previato (who had already been working in the industry for 15 years as a surveyor), his wife Annarita, and their daughter Michela. This forward-thinking family founded a company specializing in the supply and installation of subfloors. In 2017, they decided to establish a new, more comprehensive company specializing in the installation of flooring and wall coverings: TMC (Tecno Massetti Construction). At the same time, GiodaINVEST Immobiliare was founded; in 2022, it purchased the new corporate headquarters, which serves as a cornerstone both for the company’s operations and for its clients. This led to the idea of establishing a holding company, the “PREVIATO GROUP,” which encompasses all the family-owned companies and—not coincidentally—bears the founders’ surname. This journey aims to usher in a new phase of growth and stability for an ambitious Group that is attentive to the needs of the public. We specialize in the construction of all types of subfloors using state-of-the-art equipment and technology, a highly skilled workforce, and an experienced technical department capable of resolving any technical or administrative issues; sound insulation; and radiant heating systems. In addition, we install flooring and wall coverings and carry out construction and complete renovation projects for buildings.
