A concrete commitment to the local area
Aware of the environmental impact of our business, we have chosen to adopt 50 olive trees in Salento through Olivami. With this initiative, we aim to contribute to reforestation and support local farmers, who have been severely affected by Xylella, as well as offset a portion of our emissions.

The story of the project
Our restaurant was founded in 2016 out of a dream to reopen a historic trattoria. We offer authentic home-style cuisine, focusing on both traditional and innovative dishes. We’ve grown every year, and by 2024 we had expanded to a team of nine, always striving for quality, continuous improvement, and digitalization.
