The PIATTAFORMA features 1,000 square meters of temperature-controlled cold storage, dedicated exclusively to the storage of fruits, vegetables, and fresh produce. Goods arriving at the PLATFORM are handled by specialized staff with the utmost care and always in temperature-controlled environments, from the moment they are unloaded through sorting and on to short- or long-term storage, depending on the agreements in place.
