The story of the project
After years in the corporate world, Silvia Camanni discovered coaching, fell in love with it, and became a Mental Coach in 2006. Through Sil.Ca—a team of 14 professionals with an experiential approach—she supports companies in developing soft skills. Each program is tailored to develop both “know-how” and “interpersonal skills,” involving all levels of the organization.
