Seeing the centuries-old olive trees devastated by Xylella was truly heartbreaking. As the great-granddaughter of a farmer, I understand how important it is to preserve the traditional landscape of Salento.

The story of the project
MO Tra Mozzarelle & Olive is an Italian food and wine shop founded in 2021 in Fraize, in the heart of the Vosges. All products are sourced exclusively directly from small producers and artisans throughout Italy.
My vision is to offer high-quality Italian products for authentic, tasteful cuisine. And to champion good, clean, and fair food, which is the key to a better future.
As a result, the company is the first food and wine business in Alsace-Lorraine to be certified in 2023 as a true ambassador of Italian food and wine products by “The Extraordinary Italian Taste.”
