Pilates with Giorgia is an online mindful movement studio where you can work out whenever and wherever you want, with a guide always by your side.
Together with Giorgia—a dance, Pilates, and Feldenkrais enthusiast and a teacher with more than 10 years of experience—and the studio’s other qualified instructors, you’ll be able to deepen your self-awareness through movement and, in doing so, improve your quality of life.
The Pilatessi Community, with over 35,000 subscribers on YouTube, is growing and evolving through a process of continuous improvement, based on the wonderful human capacity to be curious and to LEARN at every moment.
In addition to online classes, the project is becoming increasingly visible and vibrant, with one-day urban seminars and multi-day retreats in nature.
