text_larger=&#8221;no&#8221;]Thanks to their dense foliage, olive trees are able to absorb a <strong>significant amount of CO2<\/strong> during photosynthesis.<\/p>\n<p>To understand their absorption capacity, we conducted surveys in our olive groves and, after taking into account various variables such as age, tree size, and planting density, we concluded that each olive tree is capable of absorbing <strong>, on average, about 300 kg of CO2 per year<\/strong> (for the first 20 years of its life). This means that each olive tree is capable of absorbing about <strong>800\u2013850 grams of CO2<\/strong> every day.<\/p>\n<p><em>We always emphasize that every tree has its own absorption capacity, so it is possible that one tree may have a greater or lesser absorption capacity than another, even under the same conditions.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This therefore represents a <strong>very significant absorption capacity<\/strong>, far greater than that of other plant species.[\/vc_column_text]<div id=\"wd-663e29b06a0cf\" class=\" wd-rs-663e29b06a0cf  wd-button-wrapper text-center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.carborea.com\/\" title=\"\" class=\"btn btn-color-primary btn-style-default btn-style-round btn-size-extra-large\">DISCOVER MORE<\/a><\/div>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;10px&#8221;
